Provisional bookings can be made by telephone, fax or via the contact form, only on receipt of a signed booking form will the booking be accepted as ‘confirmed’.
Once your details have been agreed and a completed booking form received the booking will be considered ‘confirmed’.
On the day of your event the trainer/organiser will need to make themselves known at the reception, where they will be directed to their room and the dedicated team member will greet them.
All delegates will be required to complete the signing in forms that are in the conference rooms.
VAT is currently charged at 15%, but will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Invoices will be due 30 days from the date of invoicing.
